Court Reporters
All of Ottmar & Associates reporters are Arizona Certified Court Reporters. Our office has a standard 10 working-day turnaround time for delivery of transcripts. If you need a daily, expedited, or accelerated transcript, please request one from the reporter at your deposition or call our qualified office staff for assistance. Ottmar & Associates cover the counties of Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz , Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai and Yuma.

Realtime/Rough ASCII
Our court reporters can provide you instant access to your proceedings through LiveNote, CaseView, or Summation for Realtime or a rough ASCII. We can provide the necessary access so you can view the transcript on your laptop enabling you to electronically mark testimony, insert your own notes, search for specific testimony, and save the file for later use.

On-Line Office
Our newest feature is the on-line office for attorneys and support staff available on our website. In addition to the on-line repository, you can now schedule your depositions with our on-line smart form that's easy to use. Information only needs to be typed in once as our smart form remembers everything else. When you submit your new request, it appears on your on-line calendar instantly and simultaneously alerts our office. At that point, we will e-mail you a job confirmation delineating the job details. You can even view all your invoices on-line.

On-Line Repository
All transcripts and exhibits are uploaded to our on-line repository and are secure and easily retrieved. Once you have received your username and password from us, you can view and download transcripts and exhibits in your case 24/7 no matter where you are.

Along with our on-line repository, Ottmar & Associates also has available an on-line case repository for larger, more complex litigation matters. This provides centralization and coordination of information for continuity of services, including a document depository and any other paperwork pertaining to the matter.

Video Conferencing
Ottmar offers video conferencing in our beautiful downtown offices. We have two conference rooms offering IP and ISDN connections. Video conferencing is a simple way to eliminate traveling around the country for depositions, communicating with expert witnesses, or even job interviews. All of our equipment is laptop compatible which makes sharing exhibits and documents a breeze.

We can connect to any location around the world from Albany, New York, to Harare, Zimbabwe. Contact our office with the location(s) you wish to connect with and our knowledgeable staff will find the remote facility and make all the arrangements.

Conference Rooms
When in need of a conference room for your deposition, we have conference rooms available at our office, the largest holding up to 20 attendees. In addition, we have a conference room that holds 150 available for our use. We are easily accessible from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix. Scottsdale is just a short 15 miles away. All of our conference rooms are equipped with complimentary WiFi.

Interpreters & Videography
Should an interpreter be needed, be sure to indicate the need and target language at the time of scheduling your deposition. Through our contacts, we are able to provide interpreters for most scenarios. If you need a videographer, please let us know at the time of scheduling and we will make all the arrangements for you.

Transcription
Along with our many other services listed above, we also provide transcription services for recorded hearings, meetings, court proceedings from a variety of multi-media including CD/DVD, cassette, mini-cassette, wav files and others. All of our transcriptionists are certified by AAERT, the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers.
