All of our reporters are Arizona Certified Court Reporters.  Our office has a standard 10- working day turnaround time for delivery of transcripts.  If you need a daily, expedited, or accelerated transcript, please request one from the reporter at your deposition or call our qualified office staff for assistance.  All transcripts include a condensed transcript and word index.  All transcripts and exhibits are archived in our office for your convenience.

Through the use of the appropriate hardware and software, our court reporters can provide you instant access to your proceedings, i.e., LiveNote, CaseView, or Summation for Realtime, or a rough ASCII.  We can provide the necessary hardware hookup so you can view the transcript on your laptop enabling you to electronically mark testimony, insert your own notes, search for specific testimony, cross-reference with other witnesses' depositions, and save the file for later use.

E-Transcript is a digital file created by your court reporter. You can receive just the E-Transcript through your e-mail or you can receive an E-Transcript with hyperlinked, searchable exhibits on a CD. In addition, we can sync your video to the E-Transcript for use throughout your case.

E-Transcript files look just like the paper transcripts you are used to seeing. It also generates a hyperlinked word index that you can view at the same time as the transcript. The full-sized transcript, condensed transcript, exhibits, and word index can all be printed from your E-Transcript should you need a paper copy.

Should an interpreter be needed, be sure to indicate the need and target language at the time of scheduling a deposition. Over the years, through our contacts, we are able to provide interpreters for nearly all scenarios.

Ottmar Holiday & Associates also provides document imaging, document depositories, photocopying, scheduling of out-of-town court reporters, and centralization of information among reporters for continuity of service.  In large cases where Ottmar Holiday is the court reporter for all parties, we notice all parties weekly of the upcoming depositions and locations.

For those of you who need a conference room for your deposition, we have conference rooms available at our office, the largest holding up to 150 attendees.  We are easily accessible from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix. Scottsdale is just a short 15 miles away.
